The Gwenn ha Du sweater
Le Minor and Kerners present a jacquard-knit interpretation of the Breton flag. In this version, the black background highlights the offwhite motifs of the Gwenn ha Du, with its horizontal stripes and its canton adorned with ermine. The design is woven directly into the fabric, playing on the contrast between the two colors.
This collaborative creation reflects both brands’ attachment to Brittany. It also echoes the jacquard knitwork developed by Le Minor on styles such as the Norwegian sweater and the 1966 Sweater.
The sweater is knitted from 100% merino wool. Its fine knit provides softness and warmth, while the crew neck, raglan sleeves, and comfortable fit make it easy to wear every day. Topstitching highlights the construction of the hammer sleeves. The Le Minor x Kerners label completes the design.
Every stage of production is carried out in our workshops in Guidel, in the Morbihan department.
Sizing advice: This unisex style features a comfortable fit. For a more fitted look, we recommend that women choose one size smaller than their usual size at Le Minor.
